Contact Personnel for Maintenance Emergencies

When a problem occurs, one of the following associates should be contacted. This associate/supervisor will make whatever contacts are necessary to correct the problem.
NOTE: The supervisors, managers, assistant directors and director are the only individuals who may authorize overtime.

FIRST STEP - Contact maintenance employee that is on duty at the time of the emergency:

  • Between 7:00am Monday - 7:00am Saturday - Contact Work Control Center at 540.568.6101, who will contact maintenance technician.
  • Weekends/Holidays - Contact all FM trades through Campus Police at 540.568.6911.
SECOND STEP
