Business Applications
Business Applications area manages all business services for Facilities Management operations and information systems. Departmental effectiveness and assessment are coordinated by the work control center, data management, planning/scheduling, warehouse complex and IT functions. Service Contract administration, business analysis, benchmarking and the Computerized Maintenance Management System (MAXIMUS Facility Focus) are key elements for our team.
