MAXIMUS - FacilityFocus

What is it?

FacilityFocus is the computerized maintenance management software system utilized on campus to track data related to our business function. Facilities Management processes over 45,000 work orders per year, maintains 2 stores locations, maintains building and asset files, processes work order procurement information and tracks projects with FacilityFocus. Billing reports are generated from FacilityFocus for billing our customers. Through remote web access to FacilityFocus, our customers can enter customer requests, which are then converted to work requests. For access to FacilityFocus, please read the Access section below. Access

  1. Print out and complete "IIS Access Control Request Form" access form (form is in "pdf" format).
  2. Mail form to Facilities Management, Debbie Towe, MSC 7002 or fax the form to 540.568.6026.
  3. When a userid account and the icon have been successfully completed, Debbie will contact you about attending training. Training is usually done in a group setting in our IIS training lab.
